Thanks. I got the gi about a month ago but with the baby coming i just havent had the chance to train much or take all the photos
My wife took the last few pics of me wearing the gi last night, whilst holding the baby one handed.
for anyone interested i'm seeling the gi on ebay as it shrunk too much after washing. You can find it here http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Black-Eagle-Double-Weave-Judo-suit-Gi-BJJ-MMA-/181183860401?pt=UK_Sporting_Goods_Martial_Arts_Clothing_LE&hash=item2a2f664eb1#ht_577wt_1170

I really feel for you. At 6' I'm not particularly tall, however, I have very long legs and long arms. Normally, I need to buy 5.5 in a preshrunk double weave gi (around 1000 gm) and always have to extend the pants and take the waist in....I've noticed that some bjj gi manufactures are now selling gi pants by waist size and leg length (about time in my view). And perhaps the same might happen with the gi top.  Hopefully this will translate in the Judo world.

    Nice website and Congratulations!

I’m not sure if the same problem occurs with BJJ gis though as they are generally more fitted. I’m actually looking for an A4 BJJ gi, preferably second hand, at the moment to see me through the summer.
Some Judo gi manufactures like Toraki do offer different cuts of each size and hopefully more gi companies will follow suit, if you parden the pun Very Happy
