This sad beyond belief and its an absolute outrage. Sad that a girl, paralysed for 7 years isn't paralysed enough and has to endure this type of indignity. Absolutely an outrage that some one in an IPC can make such a decision, when its clear that the girl is indeed paralysed. Some days I just don't understand the world I live in.
