Another complaint against USA Judo

Sensei ... frankly speaking ... I have let me membership lapse the first time since 1983. What USA Judo does really does not concern me personally any more. I have given up, concluding that there is nothing in it for me any more, and that even if I were to continue supporting this organization, it would not help my students in the slightest.
Long way of saying ... not everyone involved is an ***hole by a long shot, but in general I have ceased to care.
