Impromptu uwagi?

Some years ago, NBK (I think?) posted a document from the early days of Judo, before Uwagi were widely available.

It was a system of belts, worn as a harness, that allowed partners to grab collar and sleeve like grips. Does anyone have this document?

I recently moved and still have an office full of hundreds of full book boxes, only a couple of shelves worth unpacked, so I can only spot one book, from 1941.  I think I have a couple from the 1930's show it, too, but it's not something I'd pay much attention so that may not be correct.  

It's a single, simple cloth tied and over the arms, crossing over the back, so the urchins can practice in just about anything.  I have 3 or 4 sketches that apply.

In general it's called a tasuki; can't swear that's what they called it in judo, I'm at work.
