Great find!
For those who might not know.

This book is a reprint of the WW2 book titled ' unarmed combat' by Feldenkrais enriched with additional information on Feldenkrais.
He was asked to develop a system of unarmed combat for the British homeguard during WW2. They were volunteers, with litte time to train. So he came up with a solution which was brilliant in my opinion. He build a whole system on one technique .

A must have for anyone who is serious about self defense.
