    These are Kodokan Goshin-jutsu teaching films by the late John Cornish (1928 - 2018). John Cornish learnt this exercise, from source (Kenji Tomiki) in Japan. The films do not contain a complete demonstration, nor are they to the current judging standard, but this does not matter one bit.

    Toshu-no-bu - against unarmed attack

    John Cornish was the first person to teach me Kodokan Goshin-jutsu.
