    I was originally somewhat bemused by these videos, until it clicked: what they're saying is less about parkour and more about the nature of physically overcoming obstacles, finding your own path, utilizing your mind and body etc.

    If the benefits sound familiar to you...they probably should Smile

    also noteworthy is that the founders of the parkour movement were french judoka. so yes, they know their breakfalls.
