Competition book

Eey,
I want to do competition judo and you gave me a lot of help and i can say it worked but i also have a book about tokio hirano. it's a verry good book beceause it also said some good tips and tricks and combinations. Wich i tried and it worked also, but does somebody know also a good book about competition judo beceause i want to read how people do it and to try how i can use it in my competition. Mvg Xiahao

Great book. - great judoka, but not that contemporary given new rules

I don't worry as much about the new rules as I perhaps should. I have too much fun doing judo to worry what the IJF has to say.

How many times a week do you train?

Do you have a Judo coach/instructor/sensei?

I loved the Masterclass series. Different books for different throws..Seoinage, Uchi-mata, Pick-ups...
