    Pan's Labyrinth Empty Pan's Labyrinth

Post by Q mystic Sun Jun 16, 2013 9:47 am

For those that have seen it, is there a better film? I know there are some close ones but all in all it just whupped me a few nights back and I think it really is the best that I've seen.

For those that haven't, watch it. It's incredible and not a children's film.

Very good film, but I find it depressing.

Stacey, yeah. Just saw it a week ago. I always skipped it due to the fairy tale deal but always enjoyed d&d type movies. I just thought it was for kids, I think. It was much more moving than any fantasy I have seen. 2006. Except, maybe, cartoon Lord of the Rings in the mid 80's.

Freelancer, It took me a bit but I convinced myself it was real...the other world.lol

Pan's Labyrinth is phenomenal. However, I was not as impressed with Del Toro's next directorial effort: Hellboy:Golden army

I think that Brazil is possibly a better film - but its close - very close - I think Pan's labarinth might win. Also loved Hellboy 2 - but Im begining to think its actually the designers on both films that I like rather than Del Torro - his other films have not impressed me....
