    Hi, Dose anyone have any advice on how to get on to a squad? I really want to fight at a national level but i have not got a clue how to get to that stage, any advice is appreciated

    Slightly passe, but the best advice I heard on the old judoforum for the best way to become an Olympic Champion was "throw everyone you fight by ippon".

    Apart from this, could you provide some additional factors such as age, judo experience, current location, current training schedule and most best recent competitive results? This would help ...
