A short taster of a series of 12 videos from basic to adavanced techniques, using Judo as a base for self defence, The first three video's being largely influenced by Kodokan Goshin Jutsu. The series should be followed from video one through twelve, as each stage is sequential in nature, building upon previous stages. We hope you enjoy and find them of use in your own judo and self defence practice.

Hi Folks, my first proper post here after registering a few months ago.

I had found these Judo Self-Defence videos a while back, too, and enjoyed them, and thought that they seemed useful.

NBK - I had the same experience as you; could not contact a human to help me solve a problem with my account. Is there anybody out there?
