USA Judo (according to its own information) on July 15th of 2013 has promoted 93-year old Uchida Yoshihiro 'Yosh' to 10th dan.

Mr. Uchida is the celebrated founder/headcoach of the San Jose State University Judo club. There are several articles on the Internet that highlight his life-long commitment to judo:
