Very cool.
This really is a great book. The Nihon Budokan took years of its best articles and photos from their great monthly magazine, Gekkan Budo, which were translated by Dr. Alex Bennet, the kendoka.
See Budo: The Martial Way of Japan.
It is not inexpensive, but it is a great overview of the traditional and modern martial arts of Japan. I highly recommend it.
