Evelyn Lin went to the same college as I did, UCSD.

UCSD is an excellent school. I love their library building (Geisel library). They have a lot of expertise in my professional area.

I was wondering in this instructional video about the dress code. It seems to me that this isn't really comfy clothing to fight in ?

For the rest, I suppose it isn't too relevant what the instructor's other professional commitments are. She may have had whatever personal circumstances that prompted her specific choice for gaining extra cash. In any case, it seems she decided to work rather than living just off her parents or off government support.

According to my research notes ('L' comes after the 'K' of Kanô), Lin-sensei, who is originally from Hunan in China, I come to understand, retired from her former position in July of 2013 and holds a BA in Communications degree from UCSD; not sure if that was cum laude. Anyways, we always have openings here and the flexibility and endurance she may have built up would suit some of our immediate needs.

Haha yea, I am going to St. Augustine in San Marcos for their physical therapy program, starting this September. I hope everyone is doing well in Sanshi, see you people soon!

In all seriousness, you are a real asset, so it will be good to have you back on a regular basis.

We are all well ... except for Johnny who is going to have his foot fused in a week ... he'll be out for a while ... I hope not long enough to be one of your first clients.

Ross gave himself a nasty stinger at Nationals a few weeks back, though it looks as if he will avoid surgery. Justin is back from time to time, and Jacob when he's not working. Hope to have Tom back from school soon, he started a little club at UCI. New 95 kg guest from the SECOM team (in Japan) once a week at least, you may know him from Iizumi-sensei's club. He's quite a handful, you'll like working with him. Most of all you will probably enjoy randori with a student we inherited from NBK ... blonde ... about your age ...

Speaking of NBK, August 22, 23, 24 ... mark your calendar now ... we'll be hosting Satoh-sensei from Waseda University for a weekend seminar series. With any luck we'll get NBK to juggle his travel schedule to join us there.
