Yamane Sensei Australian visit

Members of the Judo community in Newcastle Australia were treated to a special weekend when Tomihiko Yamane Sensei (6th Dan and head of Secondary school judo education in Japan) brought a visiting senior high school Judo team for a series of training sessions.
Some of the boys were only 18 but the team contained one Olympic team member and one All Japan champion in his weight category. it was truly a treat and a memorable experience.
