It is with great sadness that we announce after a long and arduous battle with terminal illness, Keith passed away peacefully yesterday on the 14th September 2015 with his wife at his side.
Keith was an incredible father to his two children James & Bethany and a wonderful husband. It is our wish as a family that his friends and anyone who's life he touched, be notified about his funeral on Friday 25th September 2015 at 11.30am, St. Peter's Church, Bushey Heath, WD23 1EA

Gail has requested that flowers are provided only by the family and that instead you are encouraged to donate to the high dependency unit at Hammersmith Hospital. There will be a collection box at the church.
