Everybody knows than when one ages a Judoka faces various problems due to age.

    One for these is obicrisis.

Obicrisis is when you notice that your black belt is too short.

    With me it's Rokkyunagephobia.

The mortal (but not altogether irrational) fear of being thrown by a white belt.

The list of students I can trust to throw me and not either knock the wind out of me, collapse under my weight or fall on top of me seems to be getting shorter and shorter.
