KOGA Toshihiko
Born in Fukuoka in 1967.
Won the 1st place in 2 consecutive years of World Championships, in 2 weight categories.
The gold medalist of -71kg, at Barcelona Olympic games.
The silver medalist of -78kg at Atlanta Olympic games.
In 2000, he was assigned as a coach of All Japan Women's Judo and contributed to the gold medal of Ayumi Tanimoto at Athens Olympic games.
Opened KOGA Juku for children.
In 2007, as a professor and the supervisor of judo club of International Pacific University, he continues to bring up top level judo players.
Obtained Doctor of Medical Science in 2012 aiming to support judo players.
