Re: Kids Sambo training camp
Very typical of sambo training camps.
The ones I've attended usually starts out with a 3-4 mile run, followed by exercises before breakfast, this is followed by a one hour session of soccer or sand volleyball. This is immediately followed by a two hour technical session on the mat and then weight training. Lunch follows and then you have leisure/rest time until 4pm when you have another two hour technical session. Fairly intense over 10-14 days.
