while i hate the title, i guess everything was xtreme when this was made.
with a name like that i expected it to be crap, but production value was better than expected and quite enjoyed it overall. too bad bad half the stuff can't be used in shiai.

quick bio from budovideos on Steve Bell, who passed away a few years ago.

Steve was born in Wolverhampton, England and is a member of the world famous Wolverhampton Judo club. He emigrated to the US in 1987. He is currently the head instructor at AV Judo in Lancaster, California and is a personal coach to many of the top competitors in the US.

It is quite a good DVD for non IJF style tournaments.

I've had this DVD for years, and I agree that the title is a little over the top. Unfortunately for the judo community Steve passed away in 2009. It would have been interesting what he would have produced after the latest rules changed.

Good dvd. A lot of it can still be used in IJF shiai. A few tweaks here and there and you are good to go.
