A former judo international judo and sambo competitor and one of the directors of FIAS has made some interesting statements. And just to note, while Dimitry was in the U.S. last year he actually came to out Judo club in New Jersey to teach applicable Sambo techniques.
He had some interesting points he made on the possibility of adding chokes to competitions and hinted otehr changes.
