    From what I hear "Lulu crash mats" deserves some consideration ...


    There are some good warm-up exercises before you engage into randori, like for example:

    Wow, that's a new tradition I was not aware of. Last thing I heard was that if they shake hands before the fight (before Hajime) its a shido...

    I guess when you rely on boxinginsider for Judo information, these things can happen.
