    Hi all,

Big F here, I'm new to the forum. Just wondering whether standing arm locks and strangers are still legal in competition?

    Yes.
Difficult to execute against an experienced judoka though.

I run the Imperial judo club in Swansea. Seeing as you work in the Steel industry I assume your from either Port Talbot, Newport, Llanelli or Ebbw Vale?
I would say have a look at our website but it is down at moment for a re-vamp. Training times, venues and days are still up on the holding page at www.imperialjudo.com.
We do have a facebook page though.
If your ever in Swansea and fancy a session please feel free to give us a call.
We train on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.

I'm from Neath. I'd like to attend a session, Saturday morning would be best suited I think. I'll get the info off your website or FB and come down when I'm free next.
