    Wow, some near engineering. As a retired engineer, and wannabe mechanical e, this is interesting. Was just designing some telescope mounts using some similar theory. Telescope and Judo go hand in hand Smile

    I printed off the papers and read them. Interesting stuff, although the translation is pretty rough, especially the older paper.

    I"m not sure I agree that lever type throws require kuzushi, though.
