I met him at the Greatest Camp on Earth in NC a few years back. Great judo, worked well with everyone (even played the little kids during randori), came and watched the kata class during his break too! He was a really nice guy!

Sensei Shinjiro Sasaki started Judo at the age of six in his home town of Hiroshima, Japan. Love this topic. To me, Sasaki's Judo is more of the "Modern Judo" that's practiced today.
