From the looks of things, I don't think Kanō-sensei or Mifune-sensei's dōgi would be allowed by the current rulings from our bureaucratic overlords, and I genuinely find it hilarious.

Yes I agree, the sleeves are too wide, one can actually grip.

Kano Sensei pants are a little short and tight at the bottom, other than that, both keikogi are fine for training. Even the shorter pants are not a big deal in the dojo.

Agree, IJF wants wider and longer pants that are easier to grab for morote-gari.
