    I think this is a really beautiful video.



    Note the way Tsunoda launches his attacks (at say 2:00) by using his middle to propel his limbs. Then compare to what the woman is doing at 3:30; very different.

    I see that the embarrassed looking attempts to replicate his movement that quickly cease and are replaced with talking are not solely seen at club level! Very Happy Nice to know it's not just me.

    I see a lot of arm swing, but no hara movement. Using hara is one of the hardest things to get right...
