Kano shihan in Brazil?

I came across an odd article today from the Taisho era entitled 'To Kano shihan in Brazil'. I haven't read it yet.

I've never heard that he was in Brazil before.

Any ideas out there?

NBK, being a judoka from Brazil, I can tell you I sincerely wish the article was true.
However, Kano Shihan has never been to Brazil, or any other country in America other than the USA and Canada.

i'll have to dig to find it, that was a year ago, but may eventually end up in my manuscript
