Trouble logging in ?

Check your spam folder. Guest posts will be temporarily enabled here in the forum feedback until all such problems are resolved. Login with facebook is optional you can login normally buy registering with your email if you want to.

Do I have to link my facebook account in order to be a member here? I don't understand the registration process.

I'm done with the other forum. I can't even read anything after my last post.

I am not linked to my facebook account...

The very first button when you log in mentions facebook. I don't want to link it, so I haven't registered.

On my login screen, it asks for username and password OR login with facebook. I don't want to link my forum ID with my facebook account either, and haven't had to do so - I just logged out then back in to check

No you dont have to link your facebook account - that option doesnt seem to be working at the moment - you can just register normally with your email .

Yesterday, I found the note in my inbox, clicked it, was taken to the forum, but couldn't post.

Now, I clicked on that very same note, and it tells me no such name exists.

I give up. Sorry. It was a nice idea, but I am done with the other forum, and already done with this one. You've got to make forums user friendly, or people won't stay. Good luck!

when viewing on ipad, i get a very trimmed down, basic version of the forum- mainly just the discussions themselves, with no toolbars, or control abilities, or even a way to sign in. it might be something at my end to be fair, but wonder if anyone else has this experience?

You are most likely viewing in the mobile version. In the bottom left hand corner click the classic version.

Thanks Carlo, pressing classic version fixed it once I'd enabled cookies. When cookies are not enabled you seem to stick in the mobile version. Rookie error on my part.

After a few minutes I often find that I am no longer logged in, whats happening?

I was lost in the wilderness for a while,
but now I'm back with the people who understand me(to a certain degree) and care about me (.......er.....maybe !!)

a few years ago, on the Good Ole' dJiu-Doo Forum, that was certainly the case.
