These guys are so skinny, no excess weight, low cholesterol as they eat no excess fat nor much carbs, and they probably get up every morning at 4.30 and go to bed by 19:30. It has been known for quite some time that such state of relative austerity and far away from Western fast foot, pop and other diabetes and cardiovascular stimulating diseases is a recipe for old age.

No exces weight? They look somehow bulky.
Anyway, my judo training is based on getting up late, going late to bed, and my qi flowing is enforced by eating burgers. It helps me to find quickly the right spot to tap when I'm choked. :
Seriously, apart from ridicoulous ki/qi-pretending enhancement of Baguazhang/Taijiquan, is there any special connection between those guys longevity and internal martial arts? I laughed at Watanabe Nobuyuki 9 dan no-touch Aikido demonstrations, but seeing a 90 yrs old man moving like that is something different.
