Dax, you know well that what is being called judo is now really a small sector of the worldwide sports entertainment business. You also know that there is much more amiss than pinching and biting. Articles like this piss me off because they miss the elephant in the room, that the whole enterprise is morally flawed.
Judo did not become "much more than a game" because Olympic sports culture, it was conceived that way. This perverse re-writing of judo is annoying.
