I'm new to the site and wanted to throw out a little intro and a thank you.

I am a Karateka but have always been fascinated with the throwing and submission bunkai for our kata. I enrolled with my 4 y/o son at a local Judo dojo. Having lots of fun, great workout and the forward rolls stay with you for a while. I'm sure the dizziness from them will subside.

Thank you to all for the contributions on this forum. I will read more than I comment. Hopefully the latter will increase over time.

    Best regards,

I have had a number of karateka enrol with us over the years. They all enjoy/enjoyed their time in judo.
As for the dizziness, well that happens to all beginners.
Enjoy your judo and I wish you well.
