The text notes that this was taken around 1975, and might contain modifications by Takahashi 8dan (i.e., is not exactly the nage waza ura of Mifune 10dan).

There are some major points, that would not really call "modifications".
There exist BTW a lot of diiferent versions of Nage-waza-ura-no-Kata. Mifune himself f.ex. demonstrates different counter-throws against O-uchi-gari in the film (tomoe-nage) and in his book (o-uchi-gaeshi).
Kazuo Ito describes alternative couter-throws against some atacks (up to three different counters depending on the precise situation). He also added a 16th technique (counter against O-soto-gari). Many techniques he describes are different in detail to Mifune´s way of doing them.
Today Ochiai-sensei also teaches some modifications, which are not according to Mifune or Ito.
If one studies these differences carefully, one finds out, that the underlying principle is always the same.
