Need some opinions,thoughts and help.

Hi everyone.

I practice judo for 3 and half years.Currently very satisfied with my progress.
But i have some medical issues which sometimes seem to be a great block on me.
I am partially big foot (one foot is wider than the other),one of my achille's tendons is sorter than the other and facing a small problem on my right knee(not the kind of problem that would stop any sports activity).As you understand my stepping(even during walking) is definetely out of ordinary.
As you probably understand i find it difficult to find the propper tsukuri for most waza.
Any suggestions about solving problems like that?

And forgot to mention that i have almost double jointed shoulders(180 degrees rotation from front to back)
