    In the Czech Republic is one local problem about judo judging - a lot of judo judges are older people and they dont practice judo more, in their age they only judges and they go to seminars for judges but not practice randori and keeps loosing the understanding...
    Very nice situation about judges is in kendo - kendo judges have to practice kendo and must have high grades.
