There is a solid article discussing whether sports bodies are liable for injuries
Concussion litigation recently filed against World Wrestling Entertainment Inc. has the earmarks of pending litigation against the NCAA, NFL and NHL, but also raises questions unique to professional wrestling, sports law experts tell Bloomberg BNA.

I do not possess a law degree, but to me the question is; If there are dangerous techniques then is it required not only to inform of them but to change rules to prevent them.

Has Judo done enough by banning Uchi-mata where neck is involved in landing and or kids neck throws.
