    This is Toshiro Daigo-sensei, Kodokan 10 dan, explaining the principles of uki-otoshi, seoi-nage and kata-guruma of the Nage-no-Kata. Daigo-sensei was born in 1926 and is the world's greatest living kata expert and scholar.
