Why would anyone respond to someone who commands a well-meaning stranger offering some help to 'What does it say? ... just don't respond' if the response is not to your specification is beyond my comprehension. Did you not in fact ask for information? I find a sense of humor pretty important in judo. I offered, twice. Meanwhile,
Has anyone else offered? Consider perhaps I wanted to indicate something between:
- 'I'm bored, let's pull on this thread'
and
- 'it's total gibberish, once again, who dreams this stuff up?' only to be told oh, your great white north sensei wrote it? so I'm expected to say, hmmm.... I'm sorry, I must be wrong, the great man is not in error, gomen, ne.... and still be savaged by a bunch of loons who can't even see it for what it is
and
- 'these are words from a judo god, completely unintelligible they may be to you, so read, and heed!!'
Either way, I wouldn't try to solicit information without basic courtesy for free from anyone about judo or anything else I haven't spent decades studying but perhaps that's just me.
Regardless, your money spent so far gladly refunded if not satisfied!
Meanwhile, you may want to adopt this logo 100% for everything you do in judo.

I don't think I "commanded" anyone to do anything.
I try to help people out on this forum, to the extent that I can, but no one can be an expert in everything.
It's not like anyone cornered you at a cocktail party and demanded you translate three hundred page novel.
