Rokugo Shinto Ryu - English book?

I was doing my research about the books of the noguchi brothers school and had a surprise at the following link: https://page.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/q297971386

There is a school book that apparently is in a foreign language, I have never seen one and I was very interested in this book, has anyone seen any like it or know more about this item?
