Does Vizer have the bandwidth to do both roles or will he "formally" hand over the IJF to his protege Sergey Soloveychik but still drive things from the back seat?

I think the relly big thing is how will OC react to his proposal to organize 'Other games' tentatively all Sports accord sports participating which IMHO can and will compete against OC. Also I do not see e.g. athletics liking to have something to compete against their own world championships. Why worry? If big boys will start playing big games around TV rights then small sports like Judo can get trampled. But we will see...
