I always liked Osawa-sensi even though I saw him much less than Daigo-sensei and Abe-sensei. I guess he uses the shinai as a walking aid these days - he is afterall 87 years old. Arguably the least well known, certainly overseas, of the three 10 dan holders. A superb technician with a fearsome fighting spirit in his day.

Speaking of belts, perhaps we should just do the SAMBO thing and not have belt colours except to match our jackets.
