Hi, Dose anyone have any advice on how to get on to a squad? I really want to fight at a national level but i have not got a clue how to get to that stage, any advice is appreciated

In order to get good advice you will need to be more forthcoming with personal details. Grade, experience, location, competitive experience, all would help. For example if you were in Wales there is the Welsh closed on 24th August, alternatively nice event coming up http://www.britishjudo.org.uk/events/west-of-england-age-band-open
Obviously you need to speak with your sensei, but to attend such events would be a good start if you haven't already.
