'Following the authorization given by Ochiai sensei to spread the knowledge of the kata non-profit, Moscato Sensei has decided to produce this video in order to stimulate the study of one of the most ancient kata of judo, coded by Kano Shihan. The first part presents historical informations, the second part presents the formal practice, while the third part presents a detailed explanation of the techniques. Our thanks and gratitude goes to Ochiai Sensei, who provided Moscato Sensei with the report on Go No Kata by Klaus Hanelt Sensei, from which the historical informations are taken."

Re: Go No Kata - Moscato Gigi
Great stuff, thanks for posting! I think the best versions I've ever seen.
It would be great to see Ju no Kata as Kano shihan intended it - my readings tend to indicate that it was more at this speed and intensity rather than the slow waltz it has become.
