Looks to me like a "bear-hug" eastern european version of something like te-guruma.
Short answer, It is not a throw?

ID this throw
In no particular order, a bunch of thoughts went through my mind:
- That landing is going to be tough!
- Photoshop
- Love to see the whole fight
- And the one that made me chuckle... hearing in my head the voice of Neil Adams calling this "Oh my goodness! X has closed the account with the biggest <insert throw here> we've ever seen. Almost to the very roof with it. He's done enough to move on to the next round."...as the 101 Ippons music plays.

Re: Identify this throw !
looks like a fully committed rear counter to uchi mata.
also, any clue as to where and when this is from, and/or the names of the judoka pictured? those things would help me find a video, which would be very useful here.

Ura Nage off of a failed O Goshi would be my guess.

To me it apears to be an uchimata gaeshi, sutemi variation White's other bandaged foot can be seen taking out blue's left knee from the rear. Thus taking the supporting leg

Well, there is always a correct answer. The problem is that it is impossible to derive from this picture with certainty which technique this is. One can only speculate. However, if one were to get access to preceding and follow-up sequences then no doubt the answer will be found, but as presented ? No.

Re: Identify this throw !
Hello Ck
I gave this quite some thought. Actually my first impression was a kaeshiwaza against Osotogari. However I felt the body positions were more compatable with an uchi mata attack.
If the question were asked fo you what would you think was the most likely waza.
pictured.

My answer would be that it is inconclusive based on the information that is provided. One can't even concluded if it is a direct-entry throw or a counter. Only if sequential pictures are provided that provide the sequences before and afterwards it would become possible to make an informed guess. So, I cannot answer your question beyond that, because I do not know.
