    Kata weekend Empty Kata weekend

    Just completed a very enjoyable weekend teaching Nage, Katame and Ju no kata to a group of students at my club in Burneside Cumbria. Some of the students had travelled down from Scotland, and all went home with a new found love for what was for some a new experience cheers
